The proposed railroad use of the Bering Strait Tunnel is illustrated by an artist’s rendering of this key link of the continents. The route is designed with two segments connecting the Russian east coast with the island of Big Diomede and Alaska’s Little Diomede and on to the west coast of Alaska.
